Your pack shipment
If you choose self collection you will need to collect your package from 24 Raven Road, Blouberg rise once your order is ready. IMPORTANT - You will need your order reference number in order to collect or we will not be able to find your order.
Packages are generally dispatched within 2-3 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Fastway with tracking.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees can vary according to location. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
